Shipping

We want your order on its way to you quickly. Most wholesale orders ship within 3 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Free shipping on wholesale orders over $750 (within Canada and the contiguous US). Orders below $750 are charged actual shipping costs at checkout.

If you have a time-sensitive order or special delivery requirements, just reach out — we’re happy to work with you.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every Baraka product. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

General returns

Returns are accepted within 3 months of the order date.
Products must be in their original, resellable condition — unopened, undamaged, and with packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
To initiate a return, please contact us at wholesale@barakasheabutter.com before sending anything back.

Product or quality issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll cover return shipping and make it right — no questions asked.
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns after 3 months

We understand that sometimes products sit on shelves longer than expected. Returns requested after the 3-month window may be subject to a restocking fee, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
