Our wholesale program is intended for registered businesses — retailers, co-ops, wellness practitioners, and similar — purchasing for resale or professional use. By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you meet this criteria.

Wholesale prices are as listed at the time of your order. Baraka reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved credit terms.

Orders are processed upon payment in full unless a net-terms arrangement has been agreed upon in writing with Baraka Impact.

Products purchased through our wholesale program are for resale in their original, unaltered form. We ask that our brand is represented accurately and respectfully in your store and marketing materials. We’re always happy to provide product information, photos, or support for in-store displays.

Baraka’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
